En tant que Senior Spécialiste Automation, vous piloterez des projets d-automation d-envergure, du concept jusqu-au démarrage et à l-atteinte des performances. Expert·e de référence pour les technologies d-automation de votre zone, vous garantirez la fiabilité des installations, ferez évoluer nos standards et accompagnerez la montée en compétences des automaticiens d-équipe. Vous participerez également activement à la digitalisation de l-usine.

Comment aurez-vous un impact en tant* que Senior Spécialiste Automation*?

  • Coordonner les fournisseurs externes et les mises en service sur les lignes de production
  • Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités sur les équipements pour améliorer la performance et l-ergonomie des lignes
  • Mener les projets d-amélioration continue et de gestion de l-obsolescence
  • Intervenir sur les dépannages complexes
  • Fournir un support opérationnel aux départements Production, Engineering et Qualité
  • Tenir à jour la documentation technique et partager les bonnes pratiques

Ce qui fera votre réussite :

  • Diplôme de technicien·ne ES ou d-ingénieur·e HES en automation (ou équivalent) et expérience confirmée comme spécialiste automation en environnement industriel
  • Très bonne maîtrise de la programmation d-automates, idéalement dans l-environnement Rockwell/Allen-Bradley
  • Très bonne connaissance des systèmes de supervision (InTouch, ArchestrA)
  • Lecture aisée des schémas électriques et connaissances de base des architectures serveurs et réseaux
  • Des connaissances en instrumentation, en vision industrielle et en MES sont des atouts
  • Capacité à transmettre votre savoir, à coacher et à accompagner le changement, avec rigueur et esprit d-initiative
