On the “RB4R: Modeling a new Scholarly Community” award, the Program Manager will:

  • Act as a central point of communication for all Throughlines scholars who, in collaboration with the ACMRS team, will create a full spectrum of premodern critical race studies content for use in higher education.
  • Be responsible for managing the external communication to these scholars including, but not limited to, content collection gathering, scheduling scholar filming, booking travel, reserving venues, and most importantly, making sure that clear expectations are communicated, and that all inquiries and follow-up messaging is completed in a responsive and timely manner.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
