At Netcompany, we are looking for recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree who want a challenging, social and developing start to their career as an Associate Consultant. The Associate Consultant role exists across both Consulting and Application Services. The main difference lies in how you work with clients and solutions, and which setup fits your interests best. Either a more project-oriented environment (Consulting) or a more long-term, team- and solution-driven setup (Application Services).
Responsibilities & technologies
As an Associate Consultant at Netcompany, you will contribute to translating customer needs into the right technical solutions. Depending on the project and customer, you may become part of either our Application Services or Consulting business area. In both areas, you will work closely with exciting customers and colleagues to develop and deliver high-quality IT solutions. Your work will span different projects, technologies, and domains, giving you the opportunity to continuously expand your knowledge and expertise. We work with a wide range of technologies and platforms, such as .NET, C#, Java, React, Angular, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe and more.
As an Associate Consultant, you will contribute to all aspects of system development with focus on technical tasks. Your tasks and responsibilities will vary from project to project and evolve over time, but your responsibilities will typically include:
- Customer dialogue and requirements clarification.
- Development of frontend and backend features for customer solutions.
- Setup and development of frameworks, integrations, and extensions for standard platforms.
- Automation of business processes through, for example, batch jobs.
- Development of tools and scripts for data migration and other technical solutions.
About you
We expect you to hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, software, IT, or a similar field. To succeed in this role, you:
- Are newly graduated or have a couple of years of experience. Most importantly, you are passionate about taking your IT career to the next level.
- Have good IT technical skills within object-oriented programming.
- Have fundamental knowledge of software development and are motivated to develop your competencies.
- Think analytically, show initiative, and work in a structured way.
- Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken) is a must. As you will be working closely with Danish clients and colleagues, you should be able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a Danish work environment.
