YOUR JOB

Join our office team and serve as a reliable point of contact for your on-site colleagues while gaining your first professional work experience.

Your job's key responsibilities are:

  • Independent management of the office and first point of contact for our team in Vienna
  • Creating and maintaining documentation (e.g. scanning and forwarding of documents)
  • Responsible for the front office at the Vienna location, including reception, catering/hospitality, incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone calls, and coordinating with suppliers, technicians, etc.
  • Supporting and assisting with facility and travel management, as well as central procurement

YOUR SKILLS

  • Ongoing studies (eg. in the field of business administration)
  • Some relevant work experience is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Ability to work independently
  • High degree of accuracy and reliability

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is 31,304 € for this position.
