What You’ll Do

NetDocuments is seeking an execution-focused Lead Product Manager to drive the build and delivery of our next-generation web experience platform for legal professionals. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this leader will own end-to-end product execution while collaborating with two product managers to implement scalable product strategies and workflows that can be deployed org-wide. The ideal candidate will excel at translating vision into measurable outcomes, leading by example with empowered team principles, and operating with the freedom and responsibility that defines how we work. If you thrive in an empowered environment where context trumps control and outcomes matter more than outputs, we'd love to talk to you.

You will:

  • Execute full product delivery lifecycle for our web experience platform, ensuring reliable releases that drive measurable user engagement and business impact.
  • Lead continuous discovery through regular customer interviews and rapid experimentation, maintaining deep connection with legal professionals' evolving needs.
  • Work alongside 2 product managers to implement product strategies and workflows with potential for org-wide deployment, leading by example with empowered team principles that drive consistent business outcomes.
  • Operate as part of empowered product teams with engineering and design, focusing on solving customer problems rather than building prescribed features.
  • Navigate complex technical dependencies across multiple teams and Microsoft Office integrations while maintaining velocity and product excellence.
  • Champion modern product practices including outcome-focused metrics, assumption testing, and customer-centric decision making throughout the organization.
  • Practice radical candor in all interactions, providing direct feedback that accelerates team performance while building trust through transparency.
  • Drive product strategy for your domain based on customer insights, market data, and technical capabilities, making strategic bets that maximize business outcomes.
  • Influence without authority across cross-functional teams, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals and priorities.
  • Model continuous learning and intelligent risk-taking, fostering an environment where failure advances understanding and innovation thrives.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • 7+ years of product management experience with proven track record executing complex, multi-quarter platform initiatives that required coordination across multiple teams.
  • Strong technical fluency and experience with enterprise content management systems, document workflows, or professional services software.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based product development and related technologies such as semantic indexing, RAG systems, and AI-powered document intelligence applications.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise integration patterns, with familiarity in AI/ML applications for content management.
  • Comfort operating in high-autonomy environments where you receive context and strategic direction but determine execution approach independently.
  • Experience with modern product development practices including agile methodologies, feature flags, A/B testing, and instrumentation for data-driven decisions.
  • Legal technology, regulatory compliance, or highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred but not required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
