Role Overview
We are seeking a Contingent Talent Operations Coordinator to join our Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC) in Mexico City. The Contingent Talent team oversees the strategy, operations, and guidance for Netflix’s global non-employee workforce, including temporary workers, independent contractors, and vendors.
In this role, you will support key operational processes such as contingent invoicing, onboarding and offboarding administration, and maintaining accurate worker and supplier data across multiple systems.
You will also provide day-to-day support to the Contingent Talent team, helping ensure an efficient, compliant, and high-quality experience for managers, suppliers, and contingent workers.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational onboarding and offboarding journey for all contingent workers. Includes agreement execution and onboarding suppliers/freelancers into systems.
- Provide support to contingent workers, managers, and cross-functional partners via emails, various tools, and chat channels.
- Maintain and improve internal documentation on workflows and guides.
- Assume day-to-day system operations to support smooth requisition flow and optimization of actionable reporting.
- Act as a support agent to the business and our internal contingent talent team on requests through Zendesk.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, data health checks, and updating data management systems for integrity and consistency.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or a related field.
- Experience working with HR systems and tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and other HRIS or case management platforms. Familiarity with Zendesk, Workday, and staffing VMS tools is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Slides, along with experience using Airtable, DocuSign, and other recruiting systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a multi-location, matrixed environment, and the ability to collaborate successfully across teams and functions.
- Familiarity with Customer Service, HR operations, and Contingent Talent workflows is preferred.
- Experience applying Agile principles or ways of working in day-to-day operations is a plus.
