  • Realizar o checklist de equipamentos para instalação;
  • Reportar semanalmente as ocorrências e soluções de incidentes;
  • Fazer a checagem das salas antes do horário comercial começar na empresa;
  • Verificar cabeamentos expostos na TV e na mesa;
  • Reportar ao superior responsável pelo contrato;
  • Chegar 15 minutos antes da reunião iniciar e verificar conexão;
  • Apoio em reunião instantânea;
  • Acompanhar os primeiros 5/10 minutos da reunião caso ocorra algum problema no começo e/ou tirar
  • algumas dúvidas dos participantes da reunião dentro da sala local;
  • Esteja de prontidão para ser acionado a qualquer momento caso ocorra um incidente ou dúvida de
  • algum participante na sala;
  • Horário de entrada e saída do escritório conforme dinâmica do cliente;
  • Fazer a checagem da mesa de áudio;
  • Realizar passagens de som para fim de testes de áudio;
  • Reporta a frequência das informações ao cliente;
  • Formalizar via E-mail alguma alteração de sala;
  • Evidenciar por fotos para a equipe com data e problema ocorrido
  • Ter conhecimento em instalações e manutenção de equipamentos eletrônicos e videoconferência,
  • Ter o ensino médio completo;
  • Ter boa comunicação, senso de organização e responsabilidade.
  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
