The posting
We’re looking for a curious and organised person to join our team and help strengthen the way we manage governance, risk, compliance and quality across the organisation.
This is an early-career role, so you won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll receive support as you learn, build experience and gradually take on more responsibility. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a solid interest in IT and governance who enjoys working with people, processes and clear documentation.
What you’ll do
- Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of our ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, as well as ISAE assurance frameworks.
- Maintain and develop policies, procedures and other management system documentation.
- Follow up with teams across the organisation on the implementation of requirements and agreed actions.
- Help colleagues with questions and practical guidance on compliance and quality matters.
- Take part in external audits carried out by certification bodies, assurance auditors and customers.
- Help plan and carry out internal audits, and follow up on findings.
The role will develop over time. With guidance and practical experience, you’ll build your knowledge of the standards and frameworks and take on more ownership of the work.
What we’re looking for
You may be a recent graduate or have a few years of relevant experience. A background or interest in IT, governance, compliance, risk management or quality management would be helpful.
You’ll bring:
- A structured, analytical approach and good organisational skills.
- A general understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and services. You don’t need to be hands-on technically.
- Excellent written English and the ability to produce clear, accurate, professional documentation.
- Curiosity, initiative and the confidence to work with colleagues across different teams.
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as you develop.
Experience with ISO standards or audits is an advantage, but it isn’t essential. What matters most is your curiosity, communication skills, willingness to learn and a sound foundation in IT and governance.
