ANALISTA DE FINANZAS Y CONTABILIDAD

Objetivo del puesto

Buscamos una Analista de Finanzas y Contabilidad que asuma la responsabilidad de la operación financiera y contable del grupo y se convierta en el principal soporte operativo del CFO.

Su misión será asegurar que los procesos de tesorería, flujo de caja, facturación, cobranzas y coordinación contable funcionen de manera correcta, oportuna y eficiente, supervisando al equipo y resolviendo las incidencias del día a día.

Principales responsabilidades

Tesorería y flujo de caja

  • Supervisar programación y ejecución de pagos.
  • Controlar conciliaciones bancarias y movimientos no identificados.
  • Revisar el flujo de caja ejecutado.
  • Gestionar directamente incidencias con bancos y proveedores.
  • Identificar riesgos de liquidez y proponer alternativas.

Facturación y cobranzas

  • Supervisar la correcta emisión de facturas, incluyendo información comercial, tributaria, detracciones y órdenes de compra.
  • Validar el correcto envío y carga en plataformas de clientes.
  • Gestionar rechazos y observaciones.
  • Dar seguimiento hasta asegurar la aceptación de las facturas y continuidad de la cobranza.
  • Prevenir errores que puedan generar retrasos en los ingresos y afectar el flujo de caja.

Contabilidad

  • Supervisar el correcto registro de operaciones en Odoo.
  • Revisar información y preliquidaciones del outsourcing contable.
  • Identificar inconsistencias y asegurar su regularización.
  • Coordinar y hacer seguimiento al outsourcing.

Gestión

  • Resolver consultas y establecer controles sobre el trabajo del equipo.
  • Completar y gestionar información solicitada por bancos, clientes y proveedores.
  • Proponer mejoras y oportunidades de automatización de procesos financieros.

Perfil requerido

Formación y experiencia

  • Profesional o técnica en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Tesorería, Facturación y/o Cobranzas.
  • Sólida formación contable.
  • Experiencia en manejo de bancos y flujo de caja.
  • Conocimientos de facturación, detracciones y procesos contables.
  • Manejo de Excel intermedio/avanzado.
  • Experiencia con ERP; deseable Odoo.
  • Deseable experiencia con CRM.
  • Deseable inglés intermedio.

Comunicación clara, cordial y profesional con clientes, proveedores, bancos, contadores y equipo interno. Alto nivel de responsabilidad y confidencialidad.

Nivel de autonomía

La posición tendrá autonomía para resolver situaciones operativas con proveedores de hasta S/ 3,000, dentro de las políticas de la empresa.

Para situaciones de mayor impacto deberá analizar el problema, evaluar alternativas y presentar una recomendación al CFO.

Proyección profesional

La posición está diseñada para una profesional que quiera crecer y asumir mayores responsabilidades.

El objetivo es que, en un horizonte de 12–24 meses, pueda evolucionar hacia una posición de Coordinador/a de Finanzas, dependiendo de su desempeño, autonomía y capacidad de liderazgo.

Tendrá exposición directa al CFO y participación en procesos financieros relevantes del grupo.
