Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar levantamientos de procesos con clientes.
  • Desarrollar estrategias, políticas y procedimientos de gobierno de datos.
  • Colaborar con equipos de TI y de negocio para asegurar la alineación de las estrategias de datos.
  • Monitorear y evaluar la calidad de los datos y proponer mejoras.
  • Implementar herramientas y tecnologías para la gestión de datos.
  • Capacitar a los empleados sobre las mejores prácticas de manejo de datos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas y regulaciones relacionadas con la gestión de datos.

Requisitos:

  • Título en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Datos, o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles de gobierno de datos o gestión de datos.
  • Deseables certificaciones en gestión de datos (DAMA, CDMP, etc.)
  • Conocimiento profundo de las normativas de protección de datos (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente con diferentes partes interesadas.
  • Deseable/plus experiencia en herramientas MDM (Informatica, Semarchy, STIBO, etc.).
  • Experiencia con perfilado y calidad de datos

Colaboración: Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y fomentar un ambiente de cooperación entre diferentes departamentos y niveles organizativos.

Adaptabilidad: Flexibilidad para adaptarse a cambios en las prioridades y en el entorno de trabajo, así como para aprender nuevas herramientas y tecnologías rápidamente.

Liderazgo: Habilidad para influir y guiar a otros en la adopción de prácticas de gobierno de datos y en la promoción de una cultura de calidad de datos.

Orientación al Detalle: Atención meticulosa a los detalles para asegurar la precisión y calidad de los datos gestionados.
