Requerimiento para los meses de septiembre y octubre remoto de un consultor con las siguientes características.

1. Objetivo de la consultoría

Se requiere un consultor senior especializado en SAP Central Finance (CFIN) con dos sistemas S/4HANA (sistema origen/fuente y sistema destino) para diagnosticar y resolver una falla en la llegada de documentos contables/financieros al sistema destino. El consultor deberá validar de punta a punta la configuración existente de la integración (SLT, mapeo, reglas de transformación, cola de replicación) e identificar la causa raíz por la cual los documentos no están llegando o no se están posteando correctamente.

2. Alcance del trabajo / Entregables

  • Revisión y validación de la arquitectura de integración Central Finance entre ambos sistemas S/4HANA (SLT, DMIS, RFC, SLT triggers).
  • Diagnóstico de la causa raíz de documentos que no llegan al sistema destino (colas SLT detenidas, errores de mapeo, filtros de replicación, MDG/BDC, reglas de transformación de cuentas/centros de costo/sociedades).
  • Revisión de logs y monitores: SLT Data Provisioning Cockpit, tablas de status de replicación (p. ej. IUUC_REPL_STATUS), Central Finance Cockpit / Fiori apps de monitoreo (Manage Central Finance Configuration, Reconciliation, Post Document).
  • Revisión de reglas de mapeo de código de compañía, plan de cuentas, centros de costo/beneficio, terceros (BP/CVI), unidades de negocio y mapeo de moneda.
  • Validación de la configuración de MDG / BDC (Business Data Consistency) si aplica, y de la parametrización de Application Interface Framework (AIF) para el manejo de errores.
  • Identificación de documentos rechazados o en cola en AIF/Central Finance Cockpit y propuesta de corrección o reproceso.
  • Documento de diagnóstico con causa raíz, evidencia técnica y plan de remediación priorizado.
  • Acompañamiento en la implementación de la corrección y validación de que el flujo de documentos quede normalizado (reproceso de documentos pendientes).
  • Recomendaciones de monitoreo preventivo para evitar recurrencia.

3. Conocimientos técnicos requeridos (excluyentes)SAP Central Finance

  • Arquitectura de Central Finance: sistema fuente, sistema CFIN destino, y flujo de replicación en tiempo real.
  • SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT) – configuración de triggers, colas de replicación, manejo de status y troubleshooting.
  • Application Interface Framework (AIF) – monitoreo y reproceso de mensajes/documentos con error.
  • Central Finance Cockpit (Fiori): Manage Configuration, Reconciliation, Initial Load, Post Document, Error Handling.
  • Reglas de mapeo y transformación: código de compañía, cuenta contable, centro de costo, unidad de negocio, tipo de documento, moneda.

SAP S/4HANA

  • Módulos FI/CO (Finanzas y Controlling) a nivel funcional-técnico, y su relación con MM/SD si el flujo lo requiere.
  • Conocimiento de Business Partner (BP) y Customer/Vendor Integration (CVI).
  • Manejo de tablas y transacciones estándar de monitoreo de documentos contables (FB03, FBL*N, BKPF/BSEG).
