Descripción de la vacante

*Realizar la estimación, análisis, diseño, desarrollo pruebas, documentación y apoyo en la implementación de soluciones HCM-SAP siguiendo las mejores prácticas recomendadas por el fabricante SAP para los requerimientos evolutivos autorizados por AYESA y su cliente FNG.

*Entregar un plan de trabajo para cada requerimiento evolutivo que sea autorizado por AYESA y su cliente FNG el cual deberá ser cumplido a cabalidad. Las modificaciones serán acordadas con el supervisor del contrato del Cliente FNG.

*Experiencia mínima de tres (3) años como consultor HCM.

*Debe ser profesional en áreas como: Ingeniería, Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad y afines.

*Soportar los despliegues en producción con el acompañamiento funcional y técnico del FNG. Mediante el proceso de control de cambios.

*Dar cumplimiento al Acuerdo de Nivel de Servicios (ANS) aprobado por las partes para incidentes:

ALTO: Tiempo de atención 1 Hr, Tiempo de Solución: 2HR para gestión de incidentes.

MEDIO: Tiempo de atención 1 Hr, Tiempo de Solución: 12 HR para gestión de incidentes.

BAJO: Tiempo de atención 1 Hr, Tiempo de Solución: 24 HR para gestión de incidentes.

*Dar cumplimiento al Acuerdo de Nivel de Servicios (ANS) aprobado por las partes para requerimientos:

ALTO: Tiempo de atención 16 Hr, Tiempo de Solución: A convenir.

MEDIO: Tiempo de atención 32 Hr, Tiempo de Solución: A convenir.

BAJO: Tiempo de atención 40 Hr, Tiempo de Solución: A convenir.

*Atender las solicitudes, incidentes, problemas, capacitaciones técnicas o funcionales sobre el uncionamiento de los módulos, proyectos o mejoras realizadas a la plataforma SAP implementados en el FNG.

*Participar en el proceso de pruebas Unitarias e Integrales como parte del control de calidad del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software
