Descripción de la vacante

El consultor SAP Manufacturing participará en la implementación y el despliegue (rollout) de Planificación de la Producción (PP), Gestión de la Calidad (QM) y Mantenimiento de Planta (PM) en nuevas plantas, filiales o países, con base en una plantilla global. Trabajará con consultores senior, líderes funcionales y usuarios clave de producción, calidad y mantenimiento para asegurar una configuración, validación y adopción correctas.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Participar en implantación y rollouts de SAP PP, QM y PM siguiendo la plantilla global existente.
  • Analizar los requerimientos de cada módulo e identificar brechas (fit-gap) frente a la plantilla
  • PP: configurar datos maestros (BOM, hojas de ruta y recetas, puestos de trabajo, versiones de fabricación), MRP Live, MPS, órdenes de fabricación y de proceso, notificaciones y entradas de producto terminado.
  • QM: configurar características y planes de inspección, planes de muestreo, lotes de inspección, registro de resultados, decisión de empleo, notificaciones de calidad y certificados.
  • PM: configurar ubicaciones técnicas, equipos, avisos y órdenes de mantenimiento, planes de mantenimiento preventivo, puntos de medida y gestión de repuestos.
  • Asegurar la integración con MM, SD, CO (costos y liquidación de órdenes) y FI-AA.
  • Participar en la migración y validación de datos maestros.
  • Ejecutar pruebas unitarias (Unit Test), integrales (SIT) y de aceptación (UAT).
  • Elaborar documentación funcional y materiales de capacitación, y capacitar a usuarios clave.
  • Dar soporte en la salida a producción y la estabilización (hypercare), y resolver incidencias.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, de Producción, Química, de Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en SAP. Participación en al menos 3 proyectos completos de implementación o rollout SAP.
  • Conocimientos funcionales sólidos de SAP PP y de al menos uno de los módulos QM o PM.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura: planificación, producción, calidad y mantenimiento.
  • Conocimientos de integración con MM y CO.
  • Experiencia en pruebas funcionales, capacitación y soporte a usuarios
  • Experiencia en entornos SAP S/4HANA.
  • Inglés intermedio (B1–B2).

Deseable

  • PP-DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling): planificación detallada con capacidad finita, heurísticas, secuenciación y tablero de planificación en S/4HANA.
  • AVC (Advanced Variant Configuration): modelado de productos configurables (clases, características, dependencias) y su efecto en BOM, hojas de ruta y planificación.
  • DDMRP (Demand-Driven MRP): posicionamiento y dimensionamiento de buffers y planificación de reaprovisionamiento por demanda.
  • También se valoran: experiencia en industrias reguladas (farmacéutica, alimentos, automotriz), mantenimiento predictivo, proyectos multi-país, la metodología SAP Activate y certificación SAP en Manufacturing.
