Descripción del rol El Consultor SAP SD será responsable de gestionar de manera integral el ciclo de vida de las soluciones dentro del módulo de Ventas y Distribución (SD), asegurando su correcta implementación, estabilidad operativa y alineación con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Brindar soporte funcional y evolutivo del módulo SAP SD.
  • Analizar, diseñar y configurar soluciones alineadas a los requerimientos del negocio.
  • Participar en desarrollos funcionales y elaboración de documentación técnica y funcional.
  • Garantizar la correcta integración con otros módulos SAP.
  • Asegurar la estabilidad y mejora continua de los procesos implementados.

Alcance funcional: El consultor deberá contar con experiencia en la vertical AFS (Apparel and Footwear), cubriendo de manera transversal los siguientes procesos:

  • Gestión de clientes (maestros y condiciones comerciales)
  • Administración de pedidos de venta
  • Determinación de precios y condiciones
  • Asignación y confirmación de inventarios (ATP)
  • Facturación de bienes y servicios
  • Procesos de despacho y transporte (deseable conocimiento en módulo LETRA)
  • Integración de flujos de información con otros módulos SAP

Pruebas y despliegue

  • Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas funcionales (unitarias e integrales).
  • Coordinar pruebas con usuarios clave (UAT).
  • Asegurar una transición controlada a ambiente productivo

Gestión del cambio: Facilitar capacitaciones a usuarios finales.

  • Acompañar la adopción de las soluciones implementadas.

Lineamientos y buenas prácticas: El consultor deberá:

  • Ejecutar sus actividades bajo estándares y mejores prácticas SAP.
  • Cumplir con los lineamientos de calidad y documentación definidos por la Gerencia de Tecnología.
  • Contribuir activamente a la optimización continua de procesos y evolución de la arquitectura funcional
