Descripción de la posición

El consultor SAP Supply Chain participará en la implementación y el despliegue (rollout) de soluciones de cadena de suministro en nuevas filiales o países, con base en una plantilla global. Se especializará en una o más de estas áreas: gestión de almacenes (WM / EWM), transporte (TM), comercio exterior y aduanas (GTS) o planificación integrada de la demanda y S&OP (IBP). Trabajará con consultores senior, líderes funcionales y usuarios clave de logística, comercio exterior y planificación.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Participar en implantación y rollouts de su especialidad siguiendo la plantilla global existente.
  • Analizar requerimientos de negocio y requisitos legales locales, e identificar brechas (fit-gap) frente a los procesos de negocio.
  • WM / EWM: configurar la estructura del almacén, estrategias de entrada y salida, oleadas, picking, packing, inventario físico, unidades de manipulación y operación con radiofrecuencia (RF).
  • TM: configurar la red de transporte, unidades de flete, planificación y optimización de cargas, selección de transportistas, órdenes de flete y liquidación de costos de flete.
  • GTS: configurar el control de cumplimiento (listas restringidas, embargos, licencias), la clasificación arancelaria, las declaraciones de importación y exportación y la gestión de preferencias.
  • IBP: configurar áreas de planificación e indicadores clave, pronóstico de demanda, planificación de suministro, ciclo S&OP y vistas en Excel Add-in y Fiori.
  • Asegurar la integración con MM, SD, PP y FI, y la integración de datos de IBP con S/4HANA (CI-DS o Integration Suite).
  • Participar en la migración y validación de datos maestros.
  • Ejecutar pruebas unitarias (Unit Test), integrales (SIT) y de aceptación (UAT).
  • Elaborar documentación funcional y materiales de capacitación, capacitar a usuarios clave y dar soporte en la salida a producción y la estabilización (hypercare).

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en SAP.
  • Participación en al menos 3 proyectos completos de implementación o rollout SAP.
  • Conocimientos funcionales sólidos de al menos una especialidad: WM / EWM, TM, GTS o IBP.
  • Conocimiento de procesos logísticos, de comercio exterior o de planificación según la especialidad.
  • Conocimientos de SAP MM y SD.
  • Experiencia en pruebas funcionales, capacitación y soporte a usuarios.
  • Experiencia en entornos SAP S/4HANA.
  • Inglés intermedio (B1–B2).

Deseable por especialidad

  • WM / EWM: migración de WM a EWM, EWM descentralizado, automatización (MFS), Yard Management y cross-docking.
  • TM: TM embebido en S/4HANA, integración TM–EWM, transporte internacional e Incoterms.
  • GTS: GTS edición para SAP HANA, normativa aduanera latinoamericana, zonas francas e integración con agentes aduaneros.
  • IBP: IBP for Inventory, IBP for Response and Supply, DDMRP y migración desde SAP APO.
  • También se valoran: dominio de más de una especialidad, proyectos multi-país, la metodología SAP Activate y certificación SAP en el área.
