Se requieren Consultores SAP Senior con experiencia en Implementaciones Agroindustriales Integrales, el proyecto cubrirá todo el ciclo productivo agrícola, desde la planificación de cultivos y manejo de activos biológicos hasta procesos industriales, financieros y logísticos.

Perfiles

1. Dirección y Gestión del proyecto

1.1. Project Manager (PMO Agro-SAP) Coordinación global del proyecto (Metodología Activate o ASAP) | Experiencia en proyectos con cultivos, granjas o ingenios; conocimiento de flujos agrícolas y estacionalidad. 1.2. Solution Architect Agroindustrial. Diseño integral de arquitectura SAP | Dominio de módulos ERP + integración con IoT, sensores, drones, o satélites agrícolas.

1.3. Change Management & Training Lead. Gestión del cambio y capacitación | Capacidad para traducir procesos agrícolas tradicionales a lenguaje SAP; comunicación con agrónomos.

2. Finanzas y Control

2.1. Consultor SAP FI (Finanzas). Experiencia en contabilidad agrícola, valorización de activos biológicos (NIC 41), control de fondos, depreciación de maquinaria agrícola. | 2.2. Consultor SAP CO (Controlling / Costos). Cálculo de costos agrícolas por lote, finca, cultivo, o unidad biológica; análisis de márgenes por zafra. 2.3. Consultor SAP TRM (Tesorería). Gestión de fondos por campañas, créditos agrícolas, factoring de cosechas. 2.4.Consultor SAP de Activos Fijos (FI-AA). Modelos de amortización de tractores, sistemas de riego, maquinaria pesada agrícola.

3. Recursos Humanos y Gestión de Mano de Obra Agrícola

3.1. Consultor SAP HCM (Core HR). Gestión de cuadrillas agrícolas, tareo por jornada, registro de labores manuales en campo. | 3.2.Consultor SAP PY (Payroll). Nómina, Cálculo de planillas agrícolas, destajo, bonificaciones por productividad, integración con tareo móvil. 3.3. Consultor SAP Time Management (TM) (tiempos). Registro de asistencia offline / móvil para trabajadores de campo.

3.4 Consultor SAP SuccessFactors (opcional). Módulos Employee Central y Payroll con localización peruana/colombiana.

4. Producción y Planificación Agrícola

4.1. Consultor SAP PP (Producción). Planificación agrícola por ciclo corto y perenne (arándanos, palta, caña, etc.); vinculación con costos y yield. 4.2. Consultor SAP PP-PI (Producción Proceso / Agroindustrial). Modelado de procesos industriales de alimentos, jugos, mermeladas, o congelados. | 4.3. Consultor APO / IBP (Planificación Avanzada). Forecast de demanda agrícola, planificación de siembras, fertilización y cosechas. 4.4. Consultor SAP QM (Calidad). Control de calidad de fruta, parámetros organolépticos, trazabilidad y certificaciones agrícolas.(GlobalG.A.P, HACCP).

5. Mantenimiento y Activos Agrícolas

5.1. Consultor SAP PM (Plant Maintenance). Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria agrícola, sistemas de riego, tractores y plantas de procesamiento. 5.2. Consultor SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) / BTP. Gestión avanzada de mantenimiento con sensores IoT o drones.

6. Logística, Almacenes y Transporte.

6.1. Consultor SAP MM (Compras y abastecimiento). Compras agrícolas (insumos, fertilizantes, agroquímicos), integración con stocks de campo. 6.2. Consultor SAP WM / EWM (Almacenes). Manejo de almacenes de campo y packing; integración con RFID o handhelds. 6.3. Consultor SAP SD (Ventas y distribución). Venta nacional y de exportación, manejo de precios diferidos, notas de crédito por peso o calidad. 6.4. Consultor SAP TM (Transporte). Logística de cosecha, transporte de fruta fresca o refrigerada, control de rutas. 6.5. Consultor SAP GTS (Comercio Exterior). Exportaciones agrícolas, trazabilidad, certificados fitosanitarios, y aduanas.

7. Agricultura digital e integración

7.1. Consultor de Integraciones (PI/PO, CPI o BTP). Integrar sensores IoT, drones, sistemas de riego automatizados, ERP de campo. 7.2. Consultor SAP Analytics Cloud / BW . Dashboards de producción, costos, rendimiento por cultivo, rentabilidad por lote. 7.3. Consultor GIS / Spatial. Integración externa (ESRI / GIS) | Georreferenciación de lotes, visualización de mapas y reportes satelitales.

8. Localización y soporte complementario

8.1 Consultor de Localización SAP FI / HCM. Conocimiento de impuestos agrícolas, detracciones, facturación electrónica, localización Perú / Colombia / México. | 8.2.Consultor SAP Basis / RISE. Implementaciones híbridas o cloud; soporte de servidores de campo. 8.3. Consultor ABAP / Fiori Developer* | SAP ABAP / UI5. Desarrollo de aplicaciones de campo (tareos, control de riego, inspecciones móviles).

9. Extensiones para proyectos avanzados

9.1 Consultor de Sostenibilidad (SAP EHS / ESG). Medio ambiente. Control de uso de agroquímicos, huella de carbono, emisiones y sostenibilidad. 9.2. Consultor RPA / IA* | Automatización | Robotic Process Automation para carga de datos, IA para pronóstico de cosechas. 9.3. Consultor de Relex / MoreOptimal. Planificación externa. Complementa la planificación agrícola avanzada fuera del core SAP.
