Descripción del Cliente

Empresa líder en comercialización de combustibles, petróleo y gas, con operación de ciclo completo:

- Planeamiento de la demanda.

- Importación y almacenamiento de combustibles (terminales y plantas).

- Distribución primaria y secundaria a nivel nacional.

- Red de estaciones de servicio propias y de terceros (abanderadas).

- Venta mayorista a otros actores del mercado (industrial, minería, transporte, distribuidores).

- Negocios de conveniencia: tiendas y food service en estaciones.

- Ciclos administrativos completos: planificación financiera, formulación y control presupuestal, control de gasto y de costos, control de mermas y pérdidas de producto, e integración de sistemas de tiendas y puntos de venta.

Descripción del Perfil

Director de Consultoría / Líder del proyecto de transformación. Debe diagnosticar el negocio, formular una estrategia aterrizada y realista (no genérica), diseñar el roadmap de transformación de procesos y sistemas, y liderar su ejecución con el comité ejecutivo del cliente.

Requisitos indispensables

- 15+ años de experiencia, con al menos 5 en roles de director, gerente senior o líder de programas de transformación de gran escala.

- Experiencia comprobada en proyectos de downstream, retail de combustibles o distribución de hidrocarburos.

- Formación y trayectoria en consultoría de una Big Four o firma de primer nivel (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, IBM, McKinsey, BCG, Bain u otra equivalente).

- Experiencia en SAP como plataforma de transformación (ECC y/o S/4HANA).

- Visión de negocio: capacidad de entender márgenes, cadena de valor, logística y finanzas, no solo tecnología.

- Perfil práctico: que sepa pasar del análisis a un plan ejecutable, con business case, prioridades, riesgos y quick wins.

- Capacidad de interlocución con el directorio y la gerencia general.

Diferenciales altamente valorados

- Experiencia en SAP IS-Oil / SAP S/4HANA for Oil & Gas Downstream: gestión de hidrocarburos (HPM), TD (Transportation & Distribution), TSW (Terminal / Secondary Distribution Management), SSR (Service Station Retailing), gestión de intercambios y control de mermas por temperatura y densidad.

- Experiencia en integración de POS, tiendas de conveniencia y food service con ERP.

- Experiencia en planificación financiera y control de gestión (SAP FI/CO, BPC, SAC, Group Reporting).

- Haber trabajado en o para empresas como Repsol, Primax, Petroperú, Terpel, Copec, Enex, YPF, Axion, Vibra, Raízen, Puma Energy, Shell, ExxonMobil, Chevron o Ecopetrol.

- Experiencia multi-país en Latinoamérica.

- Conocimiento del marco regulatorio y operativo de combustibles en la región.
