LÍDER DE TRANSFORMACIÓN DIGITAL HOSPITALARIA

Estamos buscando a alguien que haya tomado decisiones tecnológicas en las que un error podía afectar la operación de todo un hospital y lo hizo bien.

¿Has sido consultor o director de Tecnología, Sistemas o Transformación Digital de un hospital o una cadena de clínicas?

NetPartners está conformando en Perú un equipo de alto nivel para liderar la evaluación, selección independiente e implantación de una nueva plataforma HIS para una importante institución hospitalaria.

Buscamos un líder visionario que combine:

Experiencia real en operaciones hospitalarias.

Conocimiento profundo de software HIS.

Capacidad para evaluar arquitectura e integraciones.

Metodología para conducir un proceso RFQ/RFP.

Autoridad para dialogar con médicos, Finanzas, TI, proveedores y directorio.

No buscamos un project manager tradicional ni un vendedor de software.

Buscamos a alguien que sepa cuestionar a los fabricantes, ordenar posiciones diferentes y convertirlas en una recomendación clara, independiente y defendible.

La consultoría tendrá una duración inicial estimada de ocho a diez semanas. Requerirá alta dedicación y presencia en Lima, con posibilidad de continuar en las siguientes etapas del proyecto durante aproximadamente un año.
