Als Business Operations Specialist bij Netpresenter werk je binnen het hart van de organisatie: Operations. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat processen soepel, efficiënt en betrouwbaar verlopen. Je bent een echte doener met eigenaarschap, die ziet waar het beter kan en dit zelfstandig oppakt en doorvoert, met een sterke focus op praktische toepasbaarheid.

Waar nodig zet je automatiseringen op en realiseer je koppelingen tussen systemen, zodat de operatie minder afhankelijk wordt van handmatig werk. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het beheerst en compliant houden van de organisatie, onder andere in het kader van ISO 27001 en NIS2. Hierbij zorg je dat werkwijzen niet alleen efficiënt zijn, maar ook voldoen aan de juiste eisen en goed geborgd zijn.

Dit is geen adviserende rol waarin plannen voor anderen worden gemaakt. Jij voert zelf uit, lost problemen op en zorgt dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd. Je combineert procesmatig inzicht met technische kennis en een goed gevoel voor cijfers, en hebt tegelijkertijd de people skills om collega’s mee te nemen en ervoor te zorgen dat veranderingen ook echt landen.

Wat ga je als Business Operations Specialist doen?

  • In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de Head of Operations en ben je actief over meerdere afdelingen heen
  • Je analyseert en verbetert processen binnen HR, Legal, Finance, Inkoop, Customer Service en Facility.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten, inefficiënties en risico’s en pakt deze zelf op.
  • Je zet automatiseringen en koppelingen op tussen systemen.
  • Je zorgt dat processen logisch, werkbaar en schaalbaar zijn.
  • Je borgt processen en zorgt dat deze voldoen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving, waaronder ISO 27001 en NIS2.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap over verbeteringen en zorgt dat deze volledig worden doorgevoerd.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij operationele taken, inclusief HR en Finance gerelateerde werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt mee aan het voorkomen en oplossen van operationele en financiële knelpunten.
  • Je denkt mee over hoe tooling en AI ingezet kunnen worden binnen de organisatie.
  • Je schakelt met verschillende stakeholders en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minimaal een HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Business IT, Informatica, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar;
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een brede operationele rol waarin je zelf verantwoordelijk was voor uitvoering en verbetering;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met zowel IT als Finance en begrijpt hoe processen hier samenkomen;
  • Je bent hands-on en gaat snel van idee naar uitvoering;
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap en maakt dingen af;
  • Je bent sterk in het oplossen van problemen en denkt vooruit;
  • Je hebt voldoende technische kennis om automatiseringen en koppelingen zelf op te zetten;
  • Je hebt goede people skills en weet collega’s mee te nemen in veranderingen;
  • Je bent niet bang om ook minder leuke of repetitieve taken op te pakken.
