Key Responsibilities

1. GTM Database Expansion

  • Own the strategy and execution for expanding Netradyne's GTM account and contact database.
  • Identify and source new target accounts based on ICP, industry, company size, geography, fleet size, technology adoption, and other business criteria.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive account and contact coverage across Netradyne's target markets.
  • Identify whitespace within the existing database and develop programs to systematically close coverage gaps.
  • Source decision-makers, influencers, and relevant buying committee contacts within target accounts.
  • Develop scalable processes for continuously adding new accounts and contacts to Salesforce.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to understand market coverage requirements and translate them into database expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor database growth and establish measurable targets for account and contact coverage.

2. Data Enrichment & Intelligence

  • Own the enrichment strategy across Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and other relevant GTM data.
  • Leverage Clay, ZoomInfo, PrimeRole, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data providers to source and enrich GTM data.
  • Build multi-source enrichment strategies to maximize data coverage and accuracy.
  • Evaluate the strengths and limitations of different data providers and determine the appropriate source for specific data requirements.
  • Develop workflows to enrich firmographic, demographic, organizational, contact, technology, and other relevant data points.
  • Establish validation frameworks to ensure sourced data meets defined quality standards.
  • Continuously identify new data sources and technologies that can improve coverage and reduce data gaps.

Modern GTM data platforms increasingly support multi-provider enrichment and AI-driven research, making the ability to orchestrate multiple sources an important part of this role.

3. Salesforce Data Management

  • Own the overall health and quality of GTM data within Salesforce.
  • Establish and enforce standards for data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and freshness.
  • Manage data quality initiatives across Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities.
  • Drive deduplication, normalization, account hierarchy, ownership, and data remediation initiatives.
  • Identify data debt and establish structured programs to address it.
  • Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor database health, coverage, and quality.
  • Partner with Salesforce and RevOps stakeholders to improve CRM processes and data governance.
  • Ensure that database expansion initiatives are integrated into Salesforce through scalable and controlled processes.

4. GTM Data Technology & AI

  • Own the effective utilization of GTM data and intelligence platforms including Clay, ZoomInfo, PrimeRole, Salesforce, and other emerging technologies.
  • Design and optimize data sourcing and enrichment workflows.
  • Leverage AI and agentic workflows for account research, contact discovery, enrichment, validation, and data classification.
  • Identify manual processes that can be automated and drive automation initiatives.
  • Evaluate new GTM technology and data providers based on coverage, accuracy, scalability, usability, and business impact.
  • Continuously optimize the GTM data stack to improve the quality and breadth of available data.

5. People Management & Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of GTM Operations / Data Operations professionals.
  • Set team goals, priorities, productivity targets, SLAs, and quality standards.
  • Allocate work across account sourcing, contact sourcing, enrichment, validation, and data quality activities.
  • Monitor team performance through defined productivity and quality metrics.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching, and development conversations.
  • Identify capability gaps and create training and upskilling plans.
  • Build a culture of ownership, accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Review team output regularly and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of GTM Operations talent.

6. Data Quality & Governance

  • Establish a structured GTM Data Quality framework covering completeness, accuracy, freshness, duplication, and coverage.
  • Define and monitor data quality KPIs across the GTM database.
  • Conduct recurring database audits and proactively identify data quality issues.
  • Establish processes to prevent data quality issues rather than relying only on reactive cleanup.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to establish data requirements and governance standards.
  • Track data quality trends and provide recommendations to GTM leadership.

7. Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor:
  • Account database growth
  • Contact database growth
  • Account coverage
  • Contact coverage
  • Data completeness
  • Data accuracy
  • Enrichment coverage
  • New account sourcing
  • Data provider performance
  • Team productivity
  • Data quality trends
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to GTM and Revenue Operations leadership.
  • Use data to identify coverage gaps, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate operational data into clear business recommendations.

8. Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and other GTM stakeholders.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
  • Support Sales leadership with account and contact coverage initiatives.
  • Work with Marketing on campaign audiences, target account lists, and contact coverage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for GTM data-related initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of data standards and best practices across GTM teams.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 8–12 years of total professional experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Operations, Business Operations, or a related data-focused function.
  • 1–2 years of people management / team leadership experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly CRM data management, reporting, list views, data quality, and database management.
  • Strong experience with GTM data and enrichment platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, PrimeRole, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in account and contact sourcing, database expansion, enrichment, validation, and data quality management.
  • Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, Power Query, and complex formulas.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data governance, deduplication, normalization, and data hygiene.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing team members.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high data quality and operational standards.

San Diego Pay Range

$100,000—$100,001 USD
