Ben jij een technisch sterke Instrumentatie Technieker die graag storingen analyseert, installaties optimaliseert en zijn kennis van meet- en regeltechniek dagelijks in de praktijk brengt?

Voor een industriële opdrachtgever in de Antwerpse haven zoeken we een Instrumentatie Technieker die mee instaat voor de betrouwbaarheid en goede werking van procesinstallaties.

Je komt terecht in een technisch uitdagende omgeving waar instrumentatie, automatisering en procesveiligheid centraal staan. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw technische expertise maakt écht het verschil.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan industriële meet- en regelapparatuur
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan instrumentatie en procesbesturingssystemen
  • Kalibreren, testen en afregelen van druk-, temperatuur-, niveau- en debietmetingen
  • Onderhouden en controleren van regelkleppen, actuatoren, transmitters en positioners
  • Uitvoeren van loopchecks, functietesten en ondersteuning bieden bij commissioning en indienstnames
  • Werken met 4–20 mA-signalen, HART-communicatie en industriële veldinstrumentatie
  • Lezen en interpreteren van P&ID's, loopdiagrammen, instrumentatieschema's en technische documentatie
  • Controleren en onderhouden van instrumentatie in ATEX-geclassificeerde zones
  • Samenwerken met E&I-techniekers, automation engineers en maintenance teams om installaties betrouwbaar en veilig te laten functioneren
  • Signaleren van terugkerende storingen en voorstellen formuleren om de betrouwbaarheid van installaties te verbeteren
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, meet- en regeltechniek of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring met industriële instrumentatie, bij voorkeur binnen de (petro)chemische of procesindustrie
  • Je hebt kennis van meetprincipes, transmitters, regelkleppen en kalibratietechnieken
  • Je kunt technische schema's en P&ID's lezen en interpreteren
  • Je bent vertrouwd met industriële veiligheidsvoorschriften en hebt bij voorkeur kennis van ATEX
  • Ervaring met HART, PLC/DCS-systemen, Siemens, Emerson, Endress+Hauser of vergelijkbare technologieën is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt analytisch en gaat gestructureerd op zoek naar de oorzaak van technische problemen
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
