Als Process Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische ondersteuning en optimalisatie van geavanceerde productie-installaties binnen een sterk geautomatiseerde industriële omgeving.

Je specialiseert je in de machines en processen binnen de onderdelenproductie, waar metalen platen, coils en buizen worden verwerkt met behulp van CNC-gestuurde pons-, laser-, plooi- en lastechnologieën.

Je fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor productie, onderhoud en engineering en zorgt ervoor dat machines optimaal functioneren. Hierbij combineer je diepgaande technische kennis met een hands-on aanpak en een sterke focus op procesverbetering.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Technisch ondersteunen van productie bij complexe machinestoringen en procesproblemen.
  • Analyseren van technische problemen en implementeren van structurele oplossingen om de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van machines te verhogen.
  • Optimaliseren en aanpassen van CNC-programma's, robotprogramma's en procesparameters.
  • Uitvoeren en begeleiden van fijnmechanische afstellingen aan geautomatiseerde productie-installaties.
  • Opvolgen en verbeteren van de technische conditie, prestaties en kwaliteit van machines.
  • Werken met hydraulische, pneumatische en elektrische sturingen van complexe installaties.
  • Ondersteunen van kwaliteitsverbeteringen en optimaliseren van bestaande productieprocessen.
  • Coördineren van technische interventies in samenwerking met onderhoud, engineering en externe leveranciers.
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen, automatisering en verdere procesoptimalisatie.
  • Documenteren van technische aanpassingen en delen van kennis binnen het technische team.

Je werkt met geavanceerde machines en besturingssystemen van onder andere Trumpf, Prima Power, Valk Welding, Fanuc en Pivatic.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante technische ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een technische productieomgeving, bijvoorbeeld als Maintenance Engineer, Process Engineer of Automation Engineer.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond in mechanica, elektriciteit, hydraulica en pneumatiek.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-gestuurde productiemachines en bent vertrouwd met industriële automatisering.
  • Kennis van CNC-programmatie, robotica of robotprogrammatie is een belangrijke troef.
  • Ervaring met plaatbewerking, metaalverwerking, lasersnijden, plooien of geautomatiseerde lasprocessen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je kan technische problemen zelfstandig analyseren, prioriteiten bepalen en gestructureerd oplossen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende technische diensten en externe partners.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je technische expertise verder uit te bouwen.
