Mit über 2.500 Mit­ar­bei­ter­in­nen und Mit­ar­bei­tern ist NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme ne­ben NETZSCH Ana­ly­sie­ren & Prü­fen so­wie NETZSCH Mah­len & Dispergieren der größ­te und um­satz­stärk­ste Ge­schäfts­be­reich der NETZSCH Grup­pe. Stellenbeschreibung

  • Technische Kundenberatung und Erstellung von Angeboten nach Kundenspezifikation
  • Auslegung von Pumpen und deren Kalkulation
  • Erstellung individueller, maßgeschneiderter Verkaufskonzepte sowie Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Führung von bid clarification meetings mit dem Kunden vor Ort nach Bedarf
  • Verhandlung von Konditionen im Rahmen der Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenstammes und Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Außendienst, Tochterfirmen und internen Abteilungen
  • Erfassung der Aufträge im SAP-System (Projektaufträge sind hiervon ausgenommen)
  • Übergabe der geprüften und geklärten Projektaufträge an das Team Projektabwicklung
  • Teilnahme an Messen
  • Wettbewerbs- und Marktbeobachtung mit entsprechendem Berichtswesen

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender technischer Ausrichtung
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse über den Aufbau von Verdrängerpumpen und Erfahrung im Bereich Öl & Gas
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie unternehmerisches und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen wünschenswert
  • Präsentations- und Überzeugungsstärke sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen, idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
