The posting

Im Bereich der Jugendauslandshilfe suchen wir weitere Unterstützung unseres Leitungsteams. Im Mittelpunkt stehen junge Menschen (Alter 12 bis 20 Jahre) in schwierigen Lebenssituationen, die wir in Einzelbetreuungen und familienähnlichen Strukturen im Schichtdienst (24h) betreuen.Inhaltlich ist uns ein hochstrukturierter Alltag, die Beschulung mittels Fernschulprogramm und eine organisierte, projektorientierte Freizeitgestaltung wichtig.Voraussetzung für die Tätigkeit ist die mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Jugendhilfe sowie der Bereitschaft sich fort- und weiterzubilden. Es wird Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit erwartet. Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sicheres Auftreten und Organisationsgeschick sind weitere wichtige Voraussetzungen. Notwendig ist der Wohnort in Südportugal sowie der Besitz des Führerscheines und Reisebereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Terminen nach Deutschland.Der Aufgabenschwerpunkt liegt in der Koordination, Beratung und Unterstützung der Projektstellen in Portugal.Sie ist das Bindeglied zwischen den Projektstellen und der Projektleitung und arbeitet eng mit dieser zusammen.Die Ziele dieser Stelle sind das Sicherstellen der Innen- und Aussenkommunikation mit Eltern, Projektstellen, Trägern und Jugendämtern; die Vorbereitung, Koordination und Durchführung von Entwicklungsgesprächen sowie Hilfekonferenzen im In- und Ausland und den sich daraus ergebenden Aufträgen, Organisation und Koordination von Besuchen, etc.Eine ausführliche Stellenbeschreibung liegt auf Anfrage vor.Wir bieten u. a. ein spannendes Arbeitsfeld, faire Bezahlung und flexible Arbeitszeiten.Ergänzende Informationen:Homeoffice:Umfang: Nach VereinbarungAnforderungen an den Bewerber: Grundkenntnisse: Resozialisierung, Sozialkompetenz- und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung (Förderung), Freizeitgestaltung, Management, Verhandlungsführung, Auslandstätigkeit, VertretungErweiterte Kenntnisse: Gruppen-, Teamleitung, Sozialmanagement, Heimerziehung, Randgruppenarbeit, Betreutes Wohnen, Erziehungsberatung, Aufsicht, LeitungZwingend erforderlich: Sozialpädagogik, Jugendliche (Betreuung, Beratung etc.)
