Deine Aufgaben

  • Kanzleibuchhaltung: Selbstständige Betreuung der gruppenübergreifenden Kanzleibuchhaltung – Finanzbuchhaltung, Jahresabschlüsse und Controllingauswertungen auf Einzel- und Gruppenebene.
  • Gruppenreporting: Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichten auf Gruppenebene für Geschäftsführung und Gesellschafter.
  • Konsolidierung: Mitwirkung beim Konzernabschluss – inkl. IC-Abstimmung sowie Schulden-, Aufwands- und Ertragskonsolidierung.
  • Gruppeninternes Liquiditätsmanagement: Verwaltung gruppeninterner Darlehen und Umlageverträge, Stichtagsabrechnungen, Zinsberechnungen und Pflege der Verrechnungskonten in DATEV; Mitwirkung bei der Verrechnungspreisdokumentation.
  • Abstimmung mit den Gesellschaften: Kommunikation mit den Geschäftsführungen der Gruppengesellschaften
  • Digitalisierung: Mitwirkung bei der digitalen Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung und Erfahrung: Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r, Steuerfachwirt/in oder vergleichbar, mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in Konzernbuchhaltung, Gruppenreporting oder einer Kanzlei mit Holdingstruktur.
  • DATEV und HGB: Sicher in DATEV und im HGB-Abschluss (Einzel und Konzern); LucaNet oder vergleichbare Konsolidierungssoftware ist ein Plus.
  • Konsolidierung: Erfahrung mit IC-Abstimmung, Konsolidierungsbuchungen und Gruppenreporting.
  • Kommunikation: Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten, du arbeitest auf Augenhöhe mit Geschäftsführungen.
  • Arbeitsweise: Eigenverantwortliche, praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, die eigene Arbeitsweise weiterzuentwickeln; Enthusiasmus für digitale Tools und KI ist ein Plus.
