Als Projekteinkäufer in der Mechanik übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Beschaffung aller mechanischen Komponenten und Baugruppen für unsere Entwicklungs- und Serienprojekte bei NEURA Robotics. Du bist tief im mechanischen Umfeld zuhause und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Lieferanten und Produktion, um eine leistungsfähige und zukunftssichere Supply Chain aufzubauen.

DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN UMFASSEN:

- Eigenverantwortliche Beschaffung mechanischer Bauteile und Baugruppen wie z. B. CNC- und Drehteile, Fräsbauteile, Blechkonstruktionen, mechanische Baugruppen, Gehäuse, Antriebskomponenten sowie mechanische Präzisionsteile

- Identifikation, Auswahl und Entwicklung geeigneter Lieferanten für mechanische Komponenten – von spezialisierten Fertigungsbetrieben bis hin zu internationalen Serienlieferanten

- Durchführung technischer und kommerzieller Angebotsvergleiche sowie eigenständige Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Fokus auf mechanische Warengruppen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Entwicklung und Projektteams zur Sicherstellung der Bauteilverfügbarkeit entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von Prototypen bis zur Serienproduktion

- Aktives Risikomanagement für mechanische Komponenten (z. B. Kapazitätsengpässe, Fertigungsrisiken, Second Sources, Lifecycle-Themen)

- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung sowie Überwachung von Qualität, Lieferperformance und technischen Anforderungen

- Beobachtung und Analyse globaler Beschaffungsmärkte und Fertigungstechnologien im mechanischen Umfeld

- Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen, Tools und ERP-Strukturen im Projekteinkauf

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf, idealerweise mit Fokus auf mechanische Komponenten oder Maschinenbau

- Fundiertes technisches Verständnis mechanischer Bauteile, Baugruppen und Fertigungsprozesse (z. B. CNC-Bearbeitung, Dreh-/Frästeile, Blechbearbeitung, Oberflächenbehandlung, Baugruppenfertigung)

- Fähigkeit, technische Anforderungen zu verstehen, Zeichnungen und Stücklisten zu analysieren und mit Entwicklungsteams auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren

- Erfahrung im Projekteinkauf, idealerweise im Umfeld von Entwicklungs- und Serienprojekten

- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken

- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Entwicklungsumfeld

- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie Verständnis für Einkaufs- und Supply-Chain-Prozesse

- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
