DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

INBETRIEBNAHME (COMMISSIONING)

- Integration und Kalibrierung von Antrieben, Getrieben/Aktuatorsystemen, Sensoren (Encoder, IMUs, Kraft-/Drehmomentsensoren, Kameras) sowie Feldbus-Kommunikation

- Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmeprozessen (z. B. Gelenk-Homing und Kalibrierungsprüfungen) sowie Kontrolle von Firmware, Sensoren und Aktoren vor jeder Session

SERVICE & WARTUNG

- Durchführung von Fehleranalysen über Hard- und Software hinweg, inklusive Fehlerreproduktion, Log-Auswertung und Ursachenanalyse

- Eigenständige Bewertung von Fehlerzuständen und Entscheidung, wann eine Eskalation notwendig ist bzw. wann ein Neustart ausreichend ist

- Betrieb des 4NE1 während Datenerfassungssitzungen und Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen Robotereinsatzes für unsere AI-Teams

TECHNISCHE VERANTWORTUNG & FÜHRUNG

- Definition von Inbetriebnahmestandards, Dokumentation von Prozessen und strukturiertes Feedback an die Mechanik- und Softwareentwicklung

- Anleitung und Mentoring von Junior-Technikern sowie Unterstützung bei komplexen oder nicht dokumentierten Problemen

- Sicherer Umgang mit unvollständiger Dokumentation in einem dynamischen Prototypenumfeld und aktive Mitgestaltung von Prozessen

ERFAHRUNG

- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme, Wartung oder dem Prototypenbau komplexer mechatronischer oder robotischer Systeme

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, Technikerqualifikation oder Studium im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau beziehungsweise vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung

ROBOTIK & MECHATRONIK

- Praktische Erfahrung mit Aktoren, Getriebesystemen und mechatronischen Baugruppen sowie fundiertes Verständnis mechanischer Konstruktionen und Antriebstechnik

- Fehlerdiagnose mechanischer Probleme wie Spiel, Fehlausrichtung oder Verschleiß mithilfe gängiger Werkzeuge (Messuhren, Drehmomentschlüssel, Laserausrichtungssysteme, Oszilloskope)

- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Sensoren (Encoder, IMUs, Kraft-/Drehmomentsensoren, Kameras), Feldbus-Kommunikation sowie Grundlagen von Roboterkinematik und -steuerung

SOFTWARE & SYSTEME (PRAXISNAH, KEIN ENTWICKLERNIVEAU ERFORDERLICH)

Du musst keine Produktivsoftware entwickeln. Wichtig ist, dass du Linux nutzen, Logs lesen und kleine Skripte ausführen kannst.

- Umgang mit Linux/Ubuntu über die Kommandozeile, SSH und Fernzugriff auf Robotersysteme

- Starten, Stoppen und Überwachen eines ROS2-basierten Software-Stacks sowie Erkennen von Problemen zur Eskalation oder Fehlerbehebung

- Lesen und Anpassen vorhandener Python-Skripte für Diagnosezwecke (keine Softwareentwicklung erforderlich), Grundkenntnisse in Docker und TCP/IP-Netzwerken

INBETRIEBNAHME & BETRIEB

- Selbstständige Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmeprozessen und First-Level-Fehleranalyse

- Gute Einschätzung, wann Probleme eigenständig gelöst werden können und wann eine Eskalation notwendig ist

NICE-TO-HAVE

- Erfahrung mit EtherCAT

- Grundkenntnisse in C++ (einfachen Code lesen und anpassen)

- Grundkenntnisse in Git für Firmware- und Konfigurationsverwaltung

SOFT SKILLS

- Ehrliche Begeisterung für praktische Arbeit mit Hardware in einem schnelllebigen Prototypenumfeld

- Strukturierte und sorgfältig dokumentierte Arbeitsweise sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten trotz unklarer Rahmenbedingungen

- Klare Kommunikation mit Mechanik- und Softwareteams

- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
