About goML

At goML, we build Generative AI, AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Engineering solutions that help businesses solve complex problems and accelerate their digital and AI transformation.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between customers, business stakeholders, Product, UX, and Engineering teams. You will own requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication, and help ensure that business needs are translated into clear and actionable product requirements.

What You’ll Do

First 30 Days – Learn, Understand & Align

  • Understand goML’s products, customer use cases, business processes, and delivery workflows.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, UX/Design, Engineering, and other stakeholders to understand ongoing projects.
  • Participate in customer discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and internal product meetings.
  • Understand existing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and product documentation.
  • Familiarize yourself with Agile/Scrum processes, sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and UAT practices.
  • Build a strong understanding of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.

By 60 Days – Own Requirements & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Independently conduct requirement-gathering sessions with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create process flows, use cases, user journeys, and data flow diagrams wherever required.
  • Work closely with UX teams to review wireframes and prototypes against business requirements.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and requirement clarification.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate UAT activities and validate that delivered features meet agreed acceptance criteria.
  • Track project dependencies, risks, open requirements, and stakeholder action items.

By 90 Days – Drive Business Analysis End-to-End

  • Take complete ownership of business analysis activities across assigned projects or product initiatives.
  • Act as the primary bridge between customers, Product, UX, Engineering, and QA teams.
  • Lead customer demos, feature walkthroughs, and requirement discussions.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product or project improvements.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly documented, traceable, and aligned throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, requirement workshops, and UAT sessions.
  • Proactively identify requirement gaps, dependencies, risks, and process improvements.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress, changes, blockers, and expected outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a product, SaaS, technology, or digital solutions environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong understanding of requirement gathering, process mapping, backlog management, and UAT.
  • Experience interacting directly with customers and conducting demos, walkthroughs, or presentations.
  • Ability to work effectively with Product, UX, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional requirements for technical teams.

Good to Have

  • Experience working on AI/ML, SaaS, enterprise technology, or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Miro.
  • Exposure to release management and UAT coordination.
  • Experience working with multiple customer or stakeholder groups simultaneously.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or equivalent.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Structured thinking and the ability to simplify complex requirements.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong focus on delivering successful customer and product outcomes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
