Du interessierst dich für Finanzen, Buchhaltung und Controlling und möchtest dein theoretisches Wissen in der Praxis anwenden? Dann werde Teil unseres Finance-Teams und unterstütze uns dabei, unsere Finanzprozesse effizient und zukunftsorientiert zu gestalten.

Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Corporate Finance & Controlling erhältst du spannende Einblicke in das operative Rechnungswesen, die Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten und die Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse. Dabei übernimmst du eigene Aufgaben und arbeitest eng mit unserem Finance-Team zusammen.

Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft: Du wirkst bei laufenden Buchungen und Monatsabschlüssen mit und unterstützt insbesondere bei der Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen und der Zuordnung von Ausgangszahlungen.
  • Datenpflege und Konsolidierung: Du unterstützt bei der Aufbereitung, Pflege und Konsolidierung von Finanzdaten und sorgst für eine zuverlässige Datenbasis.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du begleitest die Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Controlling-Strukturen und unterstützt bei der Automatisierung von Schnittstellen und Finanzprozessen.
  • Analysen und Auswertungen: Du hilfst bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Finanzübersichten und unterstützt das Team bei administrativen und analytischen Aufgaben.

Profil:

  • Laufendes Studium: Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Du gehst sicher mit MS Excel um. Erste Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central und/oder LucaNet sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen: Du hast eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, arbeitest strukturiert und präzise und behältst auch bei größeren Datenmengen den Überblick.
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise: Du bist zuverlässig, arbeitest selbstständig und hast Freude daran, bestehende Prozesse zu verbessern.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
