The ideal candidate is self-directed and can independently identify and evaluate improvement opportunities, manage assigned work and initiatives through completion, and engage the appropriate stakeholders. Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

  • Execute, coordinate and improve HR operational processes across the employee and contingent worker lifecycle, including onboarding, worker changes, extensions, offboarding, and related system activities
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement; evaluate alternatives and implement practical solutions that improve accuracy, consistency, compliance, and the user experience
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for HR systems and processes, with particular focus on Workday, VNDLY, contingent workforce management, and related technology
  • Translate system functionality, integrations, and process requirements into clear, understandable guidance for HR partners, managers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate business and system requirements, resolve moderately complex operational issues, and support system and process enhancements
  • Conduct regular audits of worker data in Workday and VNDLY, resolving discrepancies and addressing root causes to maintain data integrity
  • Support adherence to established contingent workforce compliance requirements and processes, including assignment tenure limits, worker classification, and co-employment considerations, in partnership with Legal
  • Support system integrations and data flows between HR and business applications through requirements gathering, testing, issue identification, documentation, and implementation activities
  • Independently manage assigned HR operations and process improvement initiatives from problem identification through implementation, proactively identifying dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and next steps and coordinating with appropriate partners to resolve issues and achieve objectives
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, job aids, training materials, workflows, and other resources that support consistent execution and adoption

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 4+ years of progressive relevant HR experience, preferably within HR operations, HR systems, or workforce management functions
  • Strong experience with HR systems and technology, including Workday and VNDLY or similar VMS platforms, with an understanding of system integrations, workflows, data dependencies, and downstream impacts, including experience supporting system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities
  • Experience supporting contingent workforce processes and systems, including worker lifecycle management and vendor/supplier interactions
  • Demonstrated process improvement experience, including process mapping, root-cause analysis, workflow optimization, and implementation of practical, sustainable improvements
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders to evaluate requirements, troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate process improvements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate moderately complex system and process concepts into clear, actionable information for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to data integrity, operational consistency, and quality, with the ability to independently manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, timely results

Preferred

  • Lean or Six Sigma experience or certification

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
