Wir sind ein innovatives, inhabergeführtes Kompetenzzentrum und Bildungsinstitut für berufliche Bewerbungsprozesse insbesondere in den Bereichen Coaching und Erwachsenenbildung mit individualisierten Lernsettings für verschiedene Zielgruppen. Im Jahr 2008 in Zürich gegründet, sind wir heute ein KMU mit ca. 100 Mitarbeitenden in Zürich, Bern, Baden, St. Gallen und Heerbrugg. Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Stellensuchende Berufsleute mit unterschiedlichem beruflichem und persönlichem Background im Kontext dieser arbeitsmarktlichen Massnahme (AMM) bei der Stellensuche begleiten und unterstützen in Form von individuellem Coaching sowie im binnendifferenziertem Gruppenkontext
  • anhand Coachinggesprächen individuellen Bedarf eruieren und individualisierte Strategie definieren und bei der Umsetzung unterstützen
  • Konkrete Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Bewerbungsstrategie, der Bewerbungsunterlagen sowie des persönlichen Auftritts
  • Gewährleistung einer optimalen Kommunikation inkl. Dokumentation gegenüber RAV\-Personalberatenden
  • Regelmässige Teilnahme an Fallbesprechungen, Debriefings und internen Weiterbildungen

Ihr Profil:

  • fundierte theoretische und praktische Berufserfahrung in Erwachsenenbildung (mind. SVEB 1 ist ein Must)
  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre oder Tertiäre Ausbildung
  • mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem qualifizierten Berufsumfeld (HR / Rekrutierung / AMM)
  • Ausbildung und Erfahrung als Coach
  • Breite Arbeitsmarktkenntnisse, aktuelles Bewerbungs\-Know\-how, gute IKT\-Anwendung und Allgemeinwissen
  • In der Lage kontextabhängig verschiedene Rollen \- vom/von der Erwachsenenbildner/in, Prozessbegleiter/in, Trainer/in, Experte/in bis hin zum/r Moderator/in und Supervisor/in \- einzunehmen und somit die individuellen Lernfortschritte der Kursteilnehmenden anzuregen und erkennbar zu machen
