Du bist Leiter:in unserer lokalen Teams und eine Schlüsselkomponente unseres operativen Erfolges:

  • Leitung und Motivation der Teams: Du führst und coachst lokale Teams in bis zu 10 Studios und bist ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres operativen Erfolgs - Reisebereitschaft wird vorausgesetzt
  • Qualitätssicherung und Prozessmanagement: Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Administration und Operations: Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen den operativen Studios und der Zentrale und sorgst für einen nahtlosen Informationsfluss sowie die Umsetzung strategischer Vorgaben
  • Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und Entwicklung: Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Therapeuten und Empfangsmitarbeiter, kümmerst dich um ihre Zufriedenheit und förderst ihre Weiterentwicklung
  • Personal- und Schichtplanung: Du planst und überwachst die Personalressourcen, um eine effiziente und mitarbeiterfreundliche Einsatzplanung sicherzustellen.
  • Kundenservice und Reklamationsmanagement: Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung komplexer Kundenanfragen und sorgst für exzellenten Kundenservice in allen Studios
  • Verkauf und Mitgliederbindung: Du schulst die Teams im Verkauf von Mitgliedschaften und hilfst, langfristige Kundenbindungen aufzubauen

Qualifikationen

Erfahrung und Ausbildung:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss (Bachelor-Abschluss ausreichend)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Area Manager, Regional Manager, Sales Manager oder Operations Manager, idealerweise mindestens 2-3 Jahre in einer Führungsrolle
  • Erfahrung in einem Startup-Umfeld und/ oder in der Hospitality Branche ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

Fähigkeiten:

  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu entwickeln
  • Hervorragende organisatorische und koordinative Fähigkeiten
  • Leidenschaft für Exzellenz im Kunden- und Mitarbeitererlebnis
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche/ Empathische Fähigkeiten

Kompetenzen:

  • Souveräner Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen, mit einem Fokus auf lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft, regelmäßig zu reisen, um die Standorte im zugewiesenen Gebiet zu besuchen - regelmäßige Präsenz an den Standorten ist für dich selbstverständlich
