Bei new soul steht unser Team im Mittelpunkt, denn jede gute Massage beginnt mit den richtigen Menschen. Deine Aufgabe: Menschen mit goldenen Händen finden und für new soul begeistern.

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Du begleitest Kandidat:innen für unsere Massage- und Rezeptionsteams auf dem ganzen Weg - vom ersten Anruf über das Kennenlernen bis zur Vertragsunterschrift.
  • Probearbeiten in den Studios: Du koordinierst Probetage und Probemassagen mit unseren Studio Managern. Manche Probemassagen kannst du auch gern selbst auf der Liege testen.
  • Angebote & Abschluss: Du schätzt ein, wo jemand fachlich steht, bereitest das passende Angebot vor und führst das Abschlussgespräch.
  • Deine Pipelines: Du bist feste Ansprechperson für bestimmte Städte oder Rollen und kennst deine Kandidat:innen und Studios richtig gut.
  • Überblick behalten: Du weißt jederzeit, wo deine Pipelines stehen und wo es hakt.
  • Eigene Projekte: Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und setzt sie um, zum Beispiel Recruiting-Events, neue Ansätze für unsere Recruiting Strategie oder Verbesserungen im Bewerbungsprozess.
  • Smarter arbeiten: Wiederkehrende Aufgaben automatisierst du Schritt für Schritt, mit Unterstützung aus dem Team. Vorerfahrung brauchst du dafür nicht. So bleibt mehr Zeit für die Gespräche, die zählen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Recruiting-Erfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre im Recruiting, am liebsten in einem dynamischen Umfeld wie Start-Ups oder Agenturen
  • Gespür für Menschen: Du erkennst schnell, ob jemand zu uns passt, und sprichst mit Therapeut:innen auf Augenhöhe
  • Tempo & Verbindlichkeit: Du meldest dich innerhalb von 24 Stunden zurück. Gute Kandidat:innen warten bei uns nicht
  • Ownership: Du bleibst dran, auch wenn jemand nicht sofort zurückruft
  • Organisiert: Du behältst den Überblick, auch wenn viel gleichzeitig läuft, und pflegst Infos sorgfältig
  • Neugier auf neue Tools: Du hast Lust, Abläufe besser und einfacher zu machen
  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher (C1). Du fühlst dich wohl, Interviews in beiden Sprachen zu führen
  • Plus: Erfahrung und Interesse an Wellness, Gesundheit oder Hospitality
