Pour l'un de nos clients, acteur clé dans le secteur industriel, nous recherchons un agent d'exploitation (H/F) pour assurer l'entretien et la sécurité d'un site de production et de bureaux.

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Vous assurerez la propreté des espaces intérieurs.
  • Vous prendrez en charge l'évacuation et le tri des déchets.
  • Vous veillerez au bon état des installations techniques du bâtiment.
  • Vous effectuerez des interventions de maintenance légère.
  • Vous contrôlerez le fonctionnement des équipements et des éclairages.
  • Vous entretiendrez les abords extérieurs des infrastructures.
  • Vous participerez à l'entretien des espaces verts.
  • Vous interviendrez lors des opérations de déneigement en période hivernale.
  • Vous garantirez la propreté et le bon usage des tunnels de lavage.
  • Vous réaliserez des vérifications régulières des installations.
  • Vous anticiperez les besoins en entretien et en réparation.
  • Vous contribuerez au maintien d'un environnement propre, sûr et fonctionnel.

Votre profil ##

  • Vous possédez une expérience confirmée dans un rôle similaire de conciergerie ou d'entretien d'immeubles.
  • Vous êtes une personne polyvalente et dynamique, capable de vous adapter à différentes situations.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome tout en respectant les consignes et les procédures établies.
  • Vous faites preuve de flexibilité et savez vous adapter aux imprévus du quotidien.
  • Vous disposez d'un bon sens de l'organisation et gérez efficacement vos priorités.
  • Vous êtes capable d'anticiper les besoins et d'intervenir de manière proactive.
  • Vous accordez une grande importance à la qualité et à la rigueur dans votre travail.
  • Vous êtes attentif aux détails et veillez à maintenir un environnement propre et fonctionnel.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire valide et résidez dans le canton de Fribourg.
