Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un auxiliaire de santé en soins à domicile (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Vous apporterez une aide aux actes de la vie quotidienne : toilette, repas, habillage, mobilité.
  • Vous prodiguerez des soins de base dans le respect des normes et prescriptions médicales.
  • Vous accompagnerez les patients dans leurs démarches extérieures et activités sociales.
  • Vous veillerez au confort, au bien-être et à la sécurité des bénéficiaires.
  • Vous contribuerez à l'entretien du logement et du linge lorsque nécessaire.
  • Vous observerez et signalerez toute évolution de l'état de santé aux infirmiers et à l'équipe médicale.
  • Vous collaborerez étroitement avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour garantir une prise en charge globale et adaptée.

Votre profil ##

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Certificat d'auxiliaire de santé CRS (120h minimum) ou équivalent reconnu en Suisse.
  • Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience en soins à domicile.
  • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le maintien à domicile des personnes âgées ou en situation de dépendance.
  • Vous êtes autonome, empathique et doté d'excellentes capacités d'écoute et de communication.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français oral et écrit (niveau B2 minimum).
  • Vous possédez un permis de conduire et un véhicule.
  • Vous faites preuve de flexibilité (jours, soirs et week-ends selon planning).
