Chef de projet sanitaire (H/F)

Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Chef de projets sanitaire (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités :

  • Vous piloterez, planifierez et coordonnerez les projets sanitaire en garantissant le respect des coûts, des délais et de la qualité.
  • Vous assurerez le suivi technique, administratif et financier des chantiers qui vous seront confiés.
  • Vous étudierez les besoins des clients, développerez des solutions techniques et réaliserez les analyses de faisabilité.
  • Vous préparerez les offres et soumissions, participerez aux négociations et assurerez le suivi des mandats obtenus.
  • Vous coordonnerez les différents intervenants du projet, notamment les bureaux d'études, les architectes, les entreprises partenaires et les équipes de terrain.
  • Vous superviserez l'exécution des travaux et veillerez à leur conformité avec les normes de sécurité et les exigences réglementaires.
  • Vous suivrez l'évolution des projets, identifierez les risques et proposerez les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Vous contribuerez au développement de solutions innovantes et durables, favorisant la performance énergétique des installations.
  • Vous assurerez un rôle de référent auprès de vos clients et développerez des relations de confiance durables.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC dans le domaine de la technique du bâtiment, idéalement complété par un diplôme de Technicien ES ou d'Ingénieur HES/EPF.
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée en tant que Chef de projet sanitaire, idéalement dans la gestion de projets et de chantiers complexes.
  • Vous possédez de solides connaissances des installations de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation ainsi que des normes suisses en vigueur.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels et possédez idéalement des connaissances de logiciels techniques tels qu'AutoCAD, Revit ou BIM.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans la gestion financière des projets et le suivi budgétaire des chantiers.
  • Vous faites preuve d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles, de leadership et de communication.
  • Vous êtes une personne autonome, rigoureuse, orientée solutions et appréciez le travail en équipe.
