Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Conseiller en Personnel - Second œuvre (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Vous serez en charge d'un portefeuille de clients actifs dans le secteur du second œuvre et vous aurez pour mission de le fidéliser et de le développer.
  • Vous développerez de nouvelles relations commerciales et vous réaliserez vos propres négociations afin d'ouvrir de nouveaux comptes.
  • Vous assurerez le recrutement, la sélection et le placement de personnel temporaire dans les métiers du second œuvre.
  • Vous identifierez les besoins de vos clients et leur proposerez des solutions adaptées à leurs exigences et aux spécificités de leurs chantiers.
  • Vous assurerez le suivi des missions, des collaborateurs et des clients, tout en veillant au bon déroulement des engagements contractuels.
  • Vous entretiendrez des relations de proximité avec les entreprises et les candidats afin de développer durablement votre réseau.
  • Vous garantirez le respect des dispositions légales, des conventions collectives et des conditions de travail applicables à votre secteur d'activité.
  • Vous participerez activement au développement commercial de l'agence et contribuerez à l'atteinte des objectifs fixés.
  • Vous collaborerez étroitement avec vos collègues afin d'assurer un service de qualité et de répondre efficacement aux besoins du marché.
  • Vous serez un ambassadeur de notre entreprise, de ses valeurs et de ses principes.

Votre profil ##

  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée dans le placement de personnel, idéalement dans le secteur du second œuvre.
  • Vous connaissez les métiers du bâtiment et les spécificités du marché de l'emploi dans la région.
  • Vous possédez de réelles aptitudes commerciales ainsi qu'un sens développé du conseil et de la négociation.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans les relations humaines et appréciez autant le contact avec les clients que celui avec les candidats.
  • Vous êtes dynamique, orienté résultats et capable de développer votre activité dans un esprit d'équipe.
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques usuels.
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'autonomie et d'un excellent sens de l'organisation.
  • Vous savez gérer les urgences et les priorités dans un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution.
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire, un atout pour vos déplacements auprès des clients et sur les chantiers.
