Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Educateur spécialisé (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Vous accompagnerez au quotidien les résidents (TSA, situations complexes) dans la réalisation de leur projet de vie, dans le respect des principes de la CDPH.
  • Vous participerez à l'élaboration, au suivi et à l'évaluation des projets d'accompagnement personnalisés au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les différents partenaires internes et externes (service santé, thérapeutes, familles, représentants légaux, spécialistes).
  • Vous soutiendrez les résidents dans les actes de la vie quotidienne ainsi que dans les soins de base.
  • Vous effectuerez les actes de soins et médico-techniques en lien avec votre niveau de compétence.
  • Vous participerez activement aux projets de développement de la structure.
  • Vous prendrez part aux différentes séances (colloques, synthèses, points de situation).
  • Vous assurerez les tâches administratives liées à l'accompagnement des résidents.

Votre profil ##

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'Éducateur social ES ou HES.
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée auprès de personnes présentant une déficience intellectuelle et des troubles associés.
  • Vous possédez de solides capacités organisationnelles et savez travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Vous faites preuve d'une bonne résistance physique et psychique face à des situations complexes.
  • Vous avez un excellent sens de l'écoute et favorisez la collaboration interdisciplinaire.
  • Vous incarnez des valeurs de respect, d'équité et de solidarité dans votre pratique professionnelle.
