Für einen unserer Kunden sind wir auf der Suche nach einen Fassadenisoleur / Fassadenbauer (m/w).

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Sie übernehmen die Führung und Koordination des Teams auf der Baustelle und stellen sicher, dass alle Arbeiten termingerecht und qualitativ hochwertig ausgeführt werden.
  • Sie sind für die Planung und Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe sowie die Überwachung der Materialverfügbarkeit verantwortlich.
  • Sie lesen und interpretieren Baupläne und stellen sicher, dass die Arbeiten gemäß den Vorgaben umgesetzt werden.
  • Sie überwachen die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und sorgen für eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung auf der Baustelle.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachgerechte Montage von Fassadenelementen, inklusive Wärmedämmung und Verputzarbeiten.
  • Sie führen Qualitätskontrollen durch und dokumentieren den Baufortschritt.
  • Sie kommunizieren mit Bauherren, Architekten und anderen Gewerken und sorgen für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit.

Votre profil ##

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen, idealerweise als Fassadenbauer/in EFZ oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich.
  • Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fassadenbau, vorzugsweise in einer leitenden Position.
  • Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Montage von Fassadensystemen, Wärmedämmung und Verputzarbeiten.
  • Sie sind eine durchsetzungsstarke, verantwortungsbewusste und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse, um die Kommunikation auf der Baustelle sicherzustellen.
  • Sie sind im Besitz eines Führerscheins der Kategorie B.
