Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Gestionnaire en logistique (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Vous prendrez en charge les opérations de chargement et de déchargement des camions dans le respect des procédures établies.
  • Vous veillerez à maintenir une relation professionnelle et de qualité avec les clients, fournisseurs et différents partenaires.
  • Vous organiserez et coordonnerez les commandes tout en assurant un suivi rigoureux des délais de livraison.
  • Vous planifierez les différentes activités de production afin de garantir une organisation optimale du travail.
  • Vous assurerez la gestion et le suivi des stocks en fonction des besoins en composants et en matières.
  • Vous contrôlerez la réception des marchandises et vérifierez leur conformité avec les commandes effectuées.
  • Vous anticiperez les besoins en approvisionnement afin d'éviter les ruptures de stock et les retards de production.
  • Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les différents services afin d'assurer une bonne circulation des informations.
  • Vous participerez à l'organisation des expéditions et veillerez au respect des délais convenus avec les clients.
  • Vous tiendrez à jour les mouvements de marchandises et assurerez un suivi précis des entrées et des sorties de stock.
  • Vous assurerez le suivi des approvisionnements et vérifierez la disponibilité des composants dans SAP.

Votre profil ##

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC de logisticien, de gestionnaire en logistique ou d'une formation reconnue comme équivalente, complétée par un permis de cariste SUVA valable.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle confirmée dans le secteur de la construction, de l'industrie ou dans un environnement similaire.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et maîtrisez idéalement le logiciel SAP.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances dans la gestion des stocks, des commandes et des flux de marchandises.
  • Vous communiquez avec aisance et entretenez de bonnes relations avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les différents services internes.
  • Vous êtes une personne organisée, méthodique et attentive au respect des procédures.
  • Vous faites preuve d'initiative et êtes capable de proposer rapidement des solutions adaptées aux situations rencontrées.
  • Vous savez gérer les priorités et travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe tout en étant capable d'assumer vos responsabilités de manière autonome.
  • Vous êtes flexible, réactif et savez vous adapter aux différents besoins de la production et de la logistique.
  • Vous accordez une importance particulière au respect des règles de sécurité et des procédures liées à la manutention.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire valable et êtes mobile pour les besoins du poste.
