Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un ingénieur bois (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Vous développerez des relations durables avec les architectes, bureaux d'ingénieurs, maîtres d'ouvrage et acteurs de la construction.
  • Vous étudierez les projets dès leur phase de conception et conseillerez nos partenaires dans le choix de systèmes constructifs bois adaptés aux contraintes techniques, financières et architecturales.
  • Vous imaginerez différentes approches techniques et rechercherez les meilleures solutions en matière de structure, préfabrication, coûts, délais et méthodes d'exécution.
  • Vous examinerez les soumissions, appels d'offres et marchés publics et piloterez la préparation des éléments nécessaires à l'établissement de propositions solides et compétitives.
  • Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les différents spécialistes du Groupe afin d'établir les estimations financières et de définir précisément l'étendue des prestations.
  • En fonction de la nature des mandats, vous prendrez en charge ou superviserez le calcul des structures bois ainsi que la conception et la vérification des assemblages.
  • Vous apporterez votre regard d'ingénieur afin d'identifier les possibilités d'optimisation et de faire évoluer les projets vers des solutions techniquement fiables et économiquement cohérentes.

Votre profil ##

  • Vous disposez d'une formation supérieure dans le domaine de l'ingénierie bois ou de la construction, idéalement d'un diplôme HES en technique du bois, d'une formation EPFL en ingénierie civile avec une spécialisation ou une expérience significative dans le bois, ou d'un parcours jugé équivalent.
  • Vous bénéficiez d'au moins cinq années d'expérience professionnelle dans l'ingénierie, la conception ou le développement de projets de construction bois.
  • Vous utilisez avec aisance des outils spécialisés tels que Dlubal RFEM/RSTAB et Cadwork.
  • Vous savez rapidement identifier les enjeux d'un projet, évaluer ses contraintes et orienter les partenaires vers des solutions constructives efficaces et financièrement maîtrisées.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans les échanges avec les clients, concepteurs et partenaires professionnels et saurez expliquer, argumenter et valoriser vos choix techniques.
  • Votre communication claire et naturelle vous permettra de créer des relations professionnelles solides et d'instaurer durablement la confiance.
  • Votre sens des responsabilités, votre autonomie et votre capacité à rechercher des solutions contribueront directement au succès des projets.
