Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Médecin adjoint de secteur (H/F) - Psychiatrie et psychothérapie pour enfants et adolescents.

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Vous participerez activement au développement de l'unité hospitalière pour adolescents ainsi que de l'équipe mobile, en collaboration avec la direction des soins.
  • Vous contribuerez à l'évolution de l'institution en favorisant la collaboration interdisciplinaire et le décloisonnement des pratiques.
  • Vous assurerez la coordination clinique et organisationnelle des activités, en donnant du sens et de la cohérence aux missions confiées.
  • Vous encadrerez et soutiendrez les équipes, en transmettant les directives nécessaires et en garantissant la qualité des prises en charge.
  • Vous assumerez des missions transversales au sein du secteur de la pédopsychiatrie et collaborerez étroitement avec les différents partenaires du réseau.
  • Vous participerez à la dynamique institutionnelle et au développement des prestations en lien avec les besoins de la population.

Votre profil ##

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de spécialiste en psychiatrie et psychothérapie pour enfants et adolescents. Une formation en management ou gestion constitue un atout.
  • Vous bénéficiez de plusieurs années d'expérience clinique, idéalement en tant que médecin cadre.
  • Vous êtes motivé à vous investir dans un réseau pluridisciplinaire et à en promouvoir les valeurs.
  • Vous possédez une bonne capacité de leadership, de coordination et de communication.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français ou l'allemand avec de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue (niveau B1 minimum).
