Dans le but d'internaliser un certain nombre de compétences, nous recherchons de nombreux talents et souhaiterions nous entourer en particulier d'un Payroll Assistant FR \- DE (H/F). Vous serez basé au siège du groupe situé à Granges\-Paccot.

Nous vous proposons un projet professionnel passionnant au sein d'une équipe soudée et une volonté de construire ensemble de nombreux challenges.

Vos futures responsabilités :

  • Vous assurerez l'administration globale des salaires de notre personnel temporaire germanophone.
  • Vous effectuerez le traitement de la facturation aux entreprises utilisatrices.
  • Vous établirez les décomptes et les déclarations des assurances sociales et serez en contact avec les différents services y relatifs.
  • Vous ferez partie d'une équipe de plusieurs collaborateurs en charge de la gestion des salaires.
  • Vous serez membre d'un centre de support actif et composé de plusieurs spécialistes impliqués.
  • Vous serez le référant de la mise en application des politiques, des pratiques RH et des cadres légaux (conventions collectives, droit du travail, contrats politiques salariaux et contractuels).
  • Vous agirez en tant que partenaire opérationnel RH de nos différents centres de profits.
  • Vous veillerez à la cohérence et à l'excellence de nos activités RH dans toutes nos régions.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'employé de commerce et d'un certificat d'assistant RH.
  • Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances des cadres légaux et administratifs RH suisses.
  • Une expérience dans les spécificités de la branche du placement de personnel est un atout.
  • Vous êtes une personne ayant un fort attrait pour la communication et la proximité avec nos centres de profits.
  • Vous avez une très bonne connaissance des outils informatiques usuels.
  • Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et pouvez justifier d'un niveau minimum B2 en langue allemande. Vous êtes très intéressé par la langue allemande et vous vous engagez à faire évoluer votre niveau. La maîtrise d'une ou plusieurs langues étrangères est un atout.
  • Vous avez un réel savoir être (disponibilité, rigueur, relationnel, charisme, flexibilité, ...).
  • Vous êtes une personne loyale, honnête, discrète et digne de confiance qui adore les challenges.
  • Vous possédez le sens de l'initiative et savez gérer urgences et priorités.
