Für einen unserer Kunden sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Pflegefachmann (m/w).

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Sie führen therapeutische Gespräche, um eine stabile Beziehungsbasis zu erwachsenen Patienten mit unterschiedlichen psychischen Erkrankungen aufzubauen, unter Einsatz geeigneter Gesprächstechniken und weiterer therapeutischer Instrumente.
  • Sie unterstützen die Bewohner bei den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens, gewährleisten pflegerische Grundversorgung und führen somatische Pflegeleistungen wie Verbandswechsel und andere technische Tätigkeiten durch.
  • Sie gehen sicher mit Krisensituationen um und leisten in schwierigen Phasen einzelner Bewohner eine unmittelbare und angemessene Unterstützung.
  • Sie sind eine vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für Angehörige und Familien und sorgen für eine klare, transparente und beruhigende Kommunikation über die Entwicklung der Bewohner.

Votre profil ##

  • Sie verfügen über einen Bachelorabschluss in Pflege oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich Psychiatrie und sind sicher im Umgang mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Ruhe, Genauigkeit und Empathie im Umgang mit Krisensituationen und den Herausforderungen der psychischen Gesundheit aus.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team und stellen durch eine kontinuierliche Kommunikation eine qualitativ hochwertige Betreuung sicher.
  • Ihre ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz ermöglicht es Ihnen, eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu Patienten und deren Angehörigen aufzubauen.
