Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Programmeur CNC (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Vous serez en charge de préparer et d'établir les programmes CN, laser et tournage et d'effectuer l'intégration des programmes dans la commande. Responsable du choix de la méthode d'usinage, vous garantirez les temps de cycle, coût, qualité et délai.
  • Vous construirez des volumes de programmation pour le laser ou la Commande Numérique.
  • Vous préparerez le moyen de production et réaliserez la mise en fonction de tous les outillages nécessaires.
  • Vous assurerez les réglages et la mise en train avec le contrôle des premiers composants dans le respect des critères qualités.
  • Vous garantirez la production et le suivi des pièces produites via un contrôle statistique.
  • Vous serez en charge d'effectuer le suivi du bon fonctionnement de la machine et participerez à sa maintenance préventive.
  • En plus de vos missions, vous serez amené à proposer des améliorations pour optimiser le programmes d'usinage

Votre profil ##

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation CFC en mécanique, microtechniques ou industrialisation et complétée d'une expérience 3-5 ans dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences sur les moyens d'usinage CNC (3 axes et 5 axes, robots de chargement...) et avez un fort potentiel technique capable de s'adapter à un parc machines diversifié et en évolution.
  • Vous maîtrisez le langage de programmation (ISO, un atout) et les outils informatiques usuels de la suite Office.
  • Vous disposez d'une excellente capacité orale et rédactionnelle en français.
