Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Sie übernehmen die selbstständige Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung von Neu- und Revitalisierungsprojekten.
  • Sie führen und koordinieren die Baustellenteams und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten und Termine während des gesamten Projektverlaufs.
  • Sie verantworten das Nachtragsmanagement und stellen eine wirtschaftliche Projektabwicklung sicher.
  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für das Ausmasswesen und arbeiten bei Bedarf aktiv mit.
  • Sie beraten Bauherren und Architekten kompetent und lösungsorientiert.
  • Sie koordinieren die verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten und behalten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.

Votre profil ##

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Gipser, Trockenbauer, Maurer oder in einem vergleichbaren handwerklichen Beruf.
  • Sie haben idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Vorarbeiter absolviert.
  • Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache stilsicher in Wort
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Malerin EFZ, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum/zur eidgenössisch diplomierten Malermeisterin.
  • Sie bringen idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement, in der Bauführung oder Betriebswirtschaft mit.
  • Sie kommunizieren stilsicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie überzeugen durch Teamfähigkeit, vernetztes Denken und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sie verfügen über gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den Microsoft-Office-Programmen sowie in der mobilen Datenerfassung.
  • Sie kennen idealerweise die Softwarelösungen ABACUS und ABABAU.
  • Sie besitzen ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und unternehmerisches Denken.
  • Sie treten natürlich und überzeugend auf, verfügen über Durchsetzungsvermögen und zeichnen sich durch eine bodenständige Persönlichkeit aus.
