Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Recruteur - Construction (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Vous serez en charge du recrutement de profils dans le secteur de la construction, en fonction des besoins de nos clients.
  • Vous rédigerez et diffuserez les annonces d'emploi sur les différents canaux de recrutement.
  • Vous rechercherez activement des candidats qualifiés et développerez votre réseau dans les métiers de la construction.
  • Vous analyserez les candidatures, réaliserez les entretiens et évaluerez les compétences techniques et personnelles des candidats.
  • Vous assurerez le suivi des dossiers de candidature et accompagnerez les candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les conseillers en personnel afin de répondre efficacement aux demandes des clients.
  • Vous assurerez la mise à jour des dossiers candidats et des outils de suivi du recrutement.
  • Vous veillerez au respect des procédures internes et des dispositions légales applicables au placement de personnel.
  • Vous participerez activement au développement et à la fidélisation du vivier de candidats dans les métiers de la construction.
  • Vous serez un ambassadeur de notre entreprise, de ses valeurs et de ses principes.

Votre profil ##

  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience dans le recrutement, idéalement dans le secteur de la construction ou du placement de personnel temporaire.
  • Vous connaissez les métiers de la construction et leurs spécificités, un atout majeur pour ce poste.
  • Vous possédez un excellent sens du relationnel et appréciez les contacts humains.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans la recherche active de candidats et savez identifier les profils correspondant aux besoins du marché.
  • Vous faites preuve de dynamisme, de persévérance et d'un véritable esprit d'équipe.
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques usuels.
  • Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et capable de gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément.
  • Vous savez gérer les urgences et les priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de proactivité et d'un réel intérêt pour les métiers de la construction.
