Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Responsable des finances (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités ##

  • Vous garantirez la fiabilité, la conformité et la lisibilité de l'information financière, en assurant une gestion rigoureuse et structurée de la comptabilité.
  • Vous préparerez et présenterez à la direction et aux responsables de départements un reporting mensuel clair, structuré et orienté vers l'action.
  • Vous assurerez une gestion efficace de la trésorerie et veillerez au suivi régulier des flux financiers.
  • Vous piloterez la gestion de la paie et garantirez le respect des obligations comptables, fiscales et sociales applicables.

Votre profil ##

  • Vous disposez d'un Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité ou d'un Bachelor HES en comptabilité / gestion ; un diplôme fédéral d'expert en finance et controlling constitue un atout, sans être un critère éliminatoire. Une solide expérience peut compenser l'absence de titre formel.
  • Vous justifiez de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement en qualité de responsable comptable, chef comptable ou responsable financier, avec une expérience en PME, de préférence dans la construction, le second œuvre ou un secteur technique.
  • Vous maîtrisez la comptabilité générale suisse selon le CO ainsi que la TVA, et disposez d'une solide pratique des logiciels de paie et des ERP. Une expérience dans la migration ou l'implémentation d'un ERP constitue un atout.
  • Vous êtes très à l'aise avec les outils digitaux et disposez d'une bonne capacité à produire un reporting structuré, comprenant tableaux de bord, indicateurs et commentaires. Des connaissances en comptabilité analytique par affaire / chantier sont également appréciées.
  • Vous êtes une personne autonome, rigoureuse et organisée, capable de gérer les priorités sans supervision constante. Vous disposez d'un excellent sens de la communication et savez rendre l'information financière claire et accessible à des interlocuteurs non financiers.
  • Vous appréciez les environnements opérationnels et êtes à l'aise dans un rôle d'exécution senior. Proactif(ve), vous êtes force de proposition et disposez d'un réel esprit d'amélioration continue.
  • Vous faites preuve d'une grande discrétion et d'un sens marqué de la confidentialité, notamment dans la gestion des données financières et salariales.
  • Vous maîtrisez couramment le français ; toute autre langue constitue un atout.
