Vaše každodenné pracovné povinnosti zahŕňajú:

  • aktualizáciu MRP a zabezpečenie aktuálnosti plánovacích údajov,
  • preverovanie dostupnosti materiálu potrebného na uvoľnenie objednávok do výroby,
  • preplánovanie objednávok podľa aktuálnej situácie a komunikáciu zmien so zákazníkmi,
  • aktívnu komunikáciu so zákazníkmi a analýzu ich konkrétnych požiadaviek,
  • monitorovanie a analýzu výkyvov v zákazníckych objednávkach,
  • plánovanie a sledovanie výroby prototypov,
  • sledovanie materiálových tokov a úzku spoluprácu s oddelením nákupu a ďalšími internými tímami,
  • spoluprácu na tvorbe dlhodobých výrobných a kapacitných plánov,
  • každodenné spracovávanie a zapracovávanie nových objednávok,
  • prípravu pravidelných reportov a analýz,
  • monitorovanie a vyhodnocovanie úrovne dodávok zákazníkom (delivery performance).
