Cosa farai

  • Contatterai telefonicamente clienti attivi ed ex clienti per presentare offerte dedicate e opportunità commerciali nell'ambito delle campagne Customer Base, Winback e Tutele Graduali;
  • Presenterai offerte per la fornitura di energia elettrica e gas;
  • Gestirai le trattative commerciali fino alla chiusura del contratto;
  • Aggiornerai il gestionale con le informazioni raccolte.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza in ambito call center o vendita,
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e persuasive;
  • Buona dimestichezza con PC e strumenti digitali (richiesto pc proprio; sistema operativo, almeno, windows 11; cuffie);
  • Connessione internet stabile (no hotspot) e ambiente di lavoro adeguato;
  • Orientamento agli obiettivi e attitudine commerciale.

Costituiscono un plus

  • Esperienza nel settore energia (mercato libero luce e gas);
  • Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di vendita telefonica.

Cosa offriamo

  • Contratto di collaborazione Co.Co.Co.;
  • Impegno di 6 ore giornaliere in modalità full remote;
  • Formazione iniziale retribuita e affiancamento costante;
  • Retribuzione potenziale fino a 800 euro lordi al mese, con formula composta da una parte fissa di 600 euro lordi/mese e un bonus aggiuntivo fino a 200 euro lordi/mese per professionisti con oltre 3 anni di esperienza nel settore energia, oppure un piano provvigionale dedicato;
  • Assistenza sanitaria Unisalute;
  • Ambiente di lavoro dinamico, meritocratico e orientato ai risultati.

Per i candidati con comprovata esperienza nel ruolo di operatore telefonico outbound:

  • Bonus personalizzabili (buoni spesa, rimborso delle spese di trasporto);
  • Concrete opportunità di crescita professionale e sviluppo di carriera anche da remoto;

Orario di lavoro

  • Disponibilità oraria 12:00–18:00 o 14:00–20:00.
